Finally the most expected movie "ஆயிரத்தில் ஒருவன் " released on 14th January 2010 for Pongal.....Since it has been taken very very long time and expensive budget....viewers had more expectation and especially on selvaraghavan ( Director). I went to this movie with my friend...we booked ticket morning itself and went 3:30 show.....Initial scenes were little bit slow and not interesting , then once all characters got introduced , movie took the speed ...Karthik has done the same role as his first movie.he must be very careful otherwise he will be bookmarked for that character only.....he has done his role very well as director asked him to do....One thing is not clear that why government spends lot of money and giving force to find out one missed archeologist .Technology, idea and pattern wise its new path to Tamil cinema industry but wherever you go in the world , story is the hero...he should never be compromised for anything...they are some scenes which are not having any meanings......like why government should send extra force to kill people whose not part of their country why they have to kill them.....storywise reemasen coming to recover their statue but after taking them also they continue fight with the people whose not having any modern weapons ......the reason behind her revenge is not shown clearly atleast some flashback scenes should have given to explain that.......altogether movie disappointed us....we can compare the movie with school exam marks altogether its getting around 78% but subject wise in important subjects , it scored low marks....some subjects like technology, photography, actors performance ,direction have taken more marks.....its worth to watch , but we expected more from him.....we can appreciate him to take this brave step in the industry ...hopefully next time he will fullfill our expectations.........
