The people who started and run this organisation are mostly working in IT Industry .

Lets Join our hands to do our best.

Vazhai nurtures school children in the remotest parts of Tamil Nadu, India. Children are sent to schools by their daily wage labourer parents just until they are old enough to become labourers themselves. Schools barely have four walls and a roof and most teachers don't, and are not paid enough to, care.

We at Vazhai believe that these children too should be able to dream of a better tomorrow. We work to create a real foundation for those dreams

Why Planning so Important ...

One Night, 4 college students were playing till late night and could not study for the test which was scheduled for the next day.

In the morning they thought of a plan. They made themselves look as dirty with grease and dirt. They then went up to the Dean and said
that they had gone out to a wedding last night and on their return the tyre of their car burst and they had to push the car all the way back and that they were in no condition to appear for the test.

So the Dean said they could have the re-test after 3 days. They thanked him and said they would be ready by that time.

On the third day they appeared before the Dean. The Dean said that as this was a Special Condition Test, all four were required to sit in separate classrooms for the test. They all agreed as they had prepared well in the last 3 days.

The Test consisted of 2 questions with a total of 100 Marks.

See Below for the question Paper:

Q.1. Name of the car...?  (2 MARKS)
       .......... ........... .........

Q.2. Which tyre burst...?   (98 MARKS)
        a) Front Left           b) Front Right
        c) Back Left            d) Back Right

Current education system in India

In our school and colleges , still we follow the mark based education system . In this method , we are not learning anything for life , we just keep informations in our temporary memory .Once exam over, we forget everything ....Getting marks is not rocket science , Its just a psychological strategy ...Teachers whose validating the papers within short time span . They don't have time to look at our papers page by page....If you are able to impress him by your presentation then need not to worry about marks. Thats the secret behind sometimes when we did exams not satisfactorily we get high marks then others...60% good presentation , 40% information that too  highlight the related words....

Schools and Universities must teach us education to our life. Have we ever asked questions in our school or colleges about Maths ....why we are learning formule and calculations ....where are those things used in our life ......there are many things behind it ....we simply blindly learning them.
We don't use our real brain power and getting struggle once we come out of university and while facing real world .
Thats why every year lakhs of young engineers coming out of colleges with dreams...but get disappointment with company's expectation. They expect the person with value education which help them to deal with real life problems like banking, insurance, telecom, stock market etc.., We learn everything taught us Without knowing the reason behind it.

Visual Education System

Visual Education is the right way of learning system .This is how we learn everything in our real life. Because it is based on how our brain works ......everything is stored and identified as images and videos in our brain memory....so that instead reading hundreds of pages to understand how a system works ...simply look at the animations or videos .we can understand quickly and clearly. From my own experience I can say this is more effective.....It is suggested by American Scientist Mind Magazine .They have done many experiments and surveys to prove this method. All developed countries have accepted and started implementing in their system.Biggest Question is when will our people going to understand this and implement...as far as I know still many schools and colleges in Tamilnadu still continue the old method ...thousands of youngsters getting affected .......
Share your thoughts and ideas........A spark can become a fire.....it could be a initiative ......join your hands to raise it....

What is Energy
Everything in the world contains energy...

Law Of conservation of Energy :
Energy can't be created or destroyed it can be transferred from one to another
What is Soul?
Our spiritual books says that soul can not be created or destroyed...it can transfer from one body to another....

Relationship:
I feel there is similarity with soul and energy....Science says the universe is full of energy and spiritual says the universe is full of soul. we are the part of universe.

what is the relation between these two?....I am thinking deeply...If you guys have any idea put them in the comments.....

AIRCRAFT GETS PERSONAL WITH NASA'S PUFFIN

                                            NASA Personal Aircraft
NASA has unveiled a new concept for a personal aircraft vehicle.
The technology is part of initiative to bridge gap between cars and planes
The aircraft, called a Puffin, is quiet enough for neighborhood flights.

What takes off like a helicopter, flies like an airplane and makes about as much noise as an electric car?
Why that would be a Puffin, a prototype one-person aircraft that is part of a broader NASA initiative to develop technologies for personal air travel.
No one has ridden inside a Puffin as yet. Right now, it's a subscale model without a body or tails. But the electric-powered vehicle already has aced one of its most difficult goals: quiet flight.
"It's a 10 times reduction in noise from the quietest helicopters today," said Mark Moore, an aerospace engineer at NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va.
That's important if personal air vehicles are ever going to bridge the gap between commercial air transport and the family car.
"It's inevitable that someday more and more people will take to the air in on-demand vehicles," Moore told Discovery News. "It will happen. There's just no other way to achieve fast, on-demand, high-speed travel."
The idea is to develop an air-based transport system that doesn't require people to drive long distances to airports to board planes for relatively short flights
